1. The Service

A Plus Test Strips ("we", "us", "the program") operates a diabetic supply buyback platform serving Temecula, California. Through our website and account-based dashboard, eligible adults can submit unused, in-date diabetic supplies for inspection and resale to vendors, and receive cash payouts redeemable in person.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and physically able to meet at our pickup location in Temecula, California. You agree to provide accurate account information including your legal name, mobile phone number, email address, and (when submitting a deal) accurate product descriptions and current photographs of the items.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Only submit products you legally own and that have not been opened, expired, or tampered with.
  • Attend confirmed meetups at the agreed time and location.
  • Treat staff respectfully — abusive behavior is grounds for immediate termination.

4. Suspension and ban policy

To keep meetups on time for everyone, we enforce a strict three-strike no-show policy:

  • 1st no-show: No points awarded for that deal.
  • 2nd no-show: 10-day account suspension. No new deals may be submitted during the suspension period.
  • 3rd no-show: Permanent ban. Account is deleted, all points are forfeited, and the IP address used to access the service is permanently blocked.

5. Points and redemption

  • Points are awarded only after an administrator approves the completed deal.
  • A minimum balance of 10,000 points is required before any redemption.
  • Redemption rate is 1% — every point is worth $0.01.
  • Redemptions pay out the full balance at the time of redemption. The balance resets to zero after payout. There are no partial increments.
  • Cash payouts are made in person in Temecula, CA. No cash equivalent or shipping is guaranteed.
  • Points have no monetary value outside the program and never expire.

6. Right to modify or terminate the program

We may change vendor prices, payout structure, point multipliers, or the program rules at any time without notice. We may also terminate the program in whole or in part. Earned but unredeemed points may be paid out, deferred, or forfeited at our reasonable discretion if the program ends.

7. Communications

Text messages are voluntary. Creating an account does NOT require you to consent to receive text messages. SMS opt-in is presented as a separate, optional checkbox during signup (unchecked by default). If you choose to opt in, you will receive automated, recurring text messages regarding your account activity, deal approvals, meeting times, program updates, and occasional promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, reply HELP for help, or update your SMS preference any time on your Account page. Your consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of using A Plus Test Strips.

Email: Essential transactional emails (account recovery, deal status, suspension or ban notices) are sent to all account holders as a function of operating the program. You may unsubscribe from non-essential or promotional emails any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by updating the preferences on your Account page.
